Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
TensorPoint ("TensorPoint," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI advisory and automation services. This policy explains what information we collect through tensorpoint.ai and in the course of our work, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything else you include when you contact us, book a call, or engage our services.
- Scheduling information. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the details needed to create the appointment.
- Usage data. Basic analytics such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location, browser, and device type. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not build advertising profiles.
- Client data during engagements. To deliver our services we may process data from your business systems (for example call logs, leads, support tickets, or CRM records). We handle this only as needed to provide the service and under the terms of our client agreement.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct calls.
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- To send service-related communications, and — only if you opt in — occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of vendors who process data on our behalf, including:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, and email routing.
- Cal.com — appointment scheduling.
- Email and productivity providers — to receive and manage correspondence.
- AI platform providers — to build and run the automations we deliver, subject to their enterprise data terms (data is not used to train public models where those terms apply).
Each provider is bound to use the data only to provide its service to us.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies and lightweight analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Data retention
We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for business records, then delete or anonymize it. Client engagement data is retained per the applicable client agreement and deleted or returned on request at the end of an engagement.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest and access limited to what is necessary. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, email hello@tensorpoint.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
